Dating from the late 17th century, the building comprises two floors with a total area of 640 m².

The semi-basement level includes an entrance hall, restrooms, storage room, kitchen, and dining room, while the ground floor features a second entrance hall, reception area, restrooms, cloakroom, office, boardroom, and two conference rooms.
