The MARCO – Museum of Contemporary Art of Vigo, inaugurated in 2002, is located in the heart of the city’s commercial district on the pedestrianised Príncipe Street.
The museum occupies the former Vigo prison and courthouse, a landmark dating from 1880 that holds a special place in the city’s collective memory and is one of the architectural highlights of the historic centre.
MARCO offers the possibility of hiring its auditorium, located in the main entrance hall with independent access from the museum, making it an ideal venue for conferences, presentations, seminars, meetings and other events.
